Digg no longer crashes Opera Browser!!! Fix in place!

The guys at Digg have rolled out their fix for Opera users to enjoy the new comment system without crashes. Turns out to be a JS Exploit in Opera (many were quick to blame Digg), Opera have fixed this also in their nightly build, but Digg’s fix covers current users as well. Thanks Digg team!

Apple sued for iMac display “deception”

Kabateck Brown Kellner, LLP, a law firm out of Los Angeles, California, has filed suit against Apple on behalf of a class of users claiming that the computer maker “deceptively marketed” the 20-inch iMac by purporting improved display performance, though the device’s monitor is allegedly of “inferior” quality.
